Managing Reservations

Once the customer submits the form:

  • Customer will get an email stating table reservation is pending to be confirmed.
  • Admin will get a New Table Reservation Request email. Recepient(s) of the email can be later changed from the settings.
  • Admin will get a Reservation notice on the dashboard.

Also, you can directly add new reservation by clicking Add reservation button on the top.

 

 

You can then view the reservation details by clicking on the reservation name.

 

You can then confirm the reservation or close the reservation for some reasons from the select box. Once confirmed or closed, customer will get the respective email. If confirmed, you can then change the status of reservation from confirmed to Check in once the customer arrived at the restaurant.
